The advertising account is used for ordering services; it can only be replenished, not withdrawn!5.2. The advertising account is replenished automatically using the payment systems' tools (WebMoney Merchant, ROBOKASSA, UNITPAY, etc.). As soon as the Project receives payment confirmation from the payment system, your advertising account is instantly replenished, and you can order services. Replenishment of the advertising account is carried out only through the account replenishment page in the user’s personal account (a replenishment request is created). No direct payments without such a request to the Project's wallets are credited to the advertising account.
5.3. After a Paid Service has been rendered in proper quality, the money spent on its acquisition is non-refundable.
- If the service was not provided in full or was provided improperly (the balance of the personal account was not replenished, or the replenishment amount differs from the calculated amount at the time of payment), the customer has the right to refuse the service by emailing and receive a full refund or an equivalent service. The claim review and refund period is 15 business days.
5.4. Payment and Service obligations are considered fulfilled upon the crediting of funds to the "Primeprofitlab" Site account and the activation of the corresponding technical, informational, and other System resources.
5.5. When transferring funds to pay for "Primeprofitlab" Site Services, the payment system's commission is covered by the Party making the payment.
5.6. Settlements between Participants are carried out between the Customer and the Executor through the "Primeprofitlab" site.
5.7. Withdrawal from the main account can be performed both automatically (instantly) and with verification (1-4 days); this process depends on your project status. The withdrawal amount and frequency depend on your status in the Project. Withdrawals from the main account are available after mobile number verification. The first withdrawal may not be automatic but subject to verification (1-4 days), depending on certain circumstances. In rare cases, withdrawal may only be processed with verification (1-4 days), regardless of your status in the Project.
5.8. Withdrawals from the main account are carried out in accordance with the current rates indicated on the Site and include all "Primeprofitlab" Site expenses for executing the order.
5.9. The Project does not represent either the Advertisers publishing orders on the Site ("Tasks," "visits," "letters," etc.) or the Executors completing these orders, so it cannot be held liable for any financial obligations arising between them. Any agreements between Advertisers and Executors using the Site are bilateral and unrelated to the Project.
5.10. The administration can reward or encourage users, as well as remove awards and bonuses at its discretion.
5.11. The Site has the right to block a User's access to the System at any time due to a violation of the User Agreement and other documents regulating the Site’s operation. The "Primeprofitlab" Site does not reimburse funds or other expenses.
