operating a crypto trading group.\n\nI found Everwyn Quant Academy through a Facebook link that led to a WhatsApp group run by a woman calling herself Heidi Stephens, with a man named Jim Durning presented as the professor. The group claimed to teach stock and crypto trading using an AI system built by Everwyn Capital Ltd (everwynmba.com). Members were given daily buy/sell signals and initially traded stocks using personal brokerage accounts.\n\nAfter market losses in October, the group shifted entirely to cryptocurrency trading. Members were instructed to open Crypto.com, Coinbase, and Trust Wallet accounts, then connect to a decentralized app at vesxbit.com. Funds were transferred into the vesxbit trading center and used for leveraged futures trading. Every trade showed profit, and members constantly posted screenshots in the group.\n\nI started with $30,000 of my savings. Heidi pushed me to increase deposits, saying higher capital meant higher returns. I eventually took multiple personal loans totaling over $100,000 to participate in their “tiered profit plan,” which promised 45% weekly compound returns.\n\nI was initially able to withdraw small amounts, which built trust. Later, when I attempted to withdraw larger funds to make loan payments, the platform blocked withdrawals and claimed I had to prepay 15% personal income tax directly to them. They refused to release funds unless I paid in advance. They also claimed government protection, which raised serious red flags.\n\nAt that point I realized the balances displayed in my account were likely fabricated and the system was designed to trap deposits.\n\nI reported the incident and shared documentation with Soulagement LLC. After reviewing transaction records and communications, they confirmed the structure of the operation. His admin, Amy, sent signals twice daily (11am and 5pm PST). Members were told to invest 25% of their account per trade. Trades showed returns as high as 46%.\n\nVexquis offered a $300 trial fund. After 3 days they removed the $300 and you kept any profit. During a “Trading Master competition,” members were paid to vote and recruit others. Voting earned $20 deposits and referrals earned $50.\n\nLosses were supposedly insured. When I lost $1,845.98 on PHXN/USDT, $3,000 was deposited into my account. Later I lost $12,425.25 on PLX8/USDT and received $30,180 as “compensation.” These deposits appeared inside the platform but records were incomplete.\n\nI later joined what they called a Recovery Plan and invested $20,000 with a promise of $100,000 return. I was directed into an IEO token purchase (GIP GeneInsight). I prepaid 30,000 tokens, but was then told I had to pay a separate allocation service fee of $33,978.60 from an external wallet due to AML rules. This requirement was never disclosed beforehand.\n\nUntil this payment is made, withdrawals are blocked.\n\nThey provided this wallet address for payment:\n0xFDe8Ea78965A7f382a9c7B41F3c30f6F869626e5\n\nNeither the exchange nor the admin could provide a company name for the allocation service. Legitimate allocation services deduct fees from profits, not external payments.\n\nAfter researching, I contacted Soulagement LLC, shared my documentation, and they exposed how this structure works. A formal repatriation process is ongoing and about 30% has already been recovered so
